hello
i want to use from your useful plugin,but error occurs on the payment page.
error say: “Unable to provide an order value in ETH at this time. Please contact support”
If I do not pay attention to the error and click on the payout button, the next time I receive it will be ” ETH price quote has been updated, please check and confirm before proceeding ”

Hi @bloock,
Thank you for your interest.
This error can be caused by the cryptocompare.com API rate limits.
Check that the “Cryptocompare API Key” setting is set and if set, check your API usage statistics in your Cryptocompare account.

Check the “Enable debug mode” setting and reproduce this error.
Then find the log file in WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs
Look at the most recent ether-and-erc20-tokens-woocommerce-payment-gateway-*.log file.
Publish errors from this file here please.

I understand the problem. The reason for this problem is that I use persian woocommerce and its currency is IRT (Iranian currency). This currency is not known for the CryptoCompare or your plugin. Do you think there is a solution to this problem?

i change currency to IRR in persian woocommerce (another iranian currency) and solved problem.
